Sunday Planetarium Shows

Overview

Part of the Mayo Dark Sky Festival. Step inside the Pale Blue Dot, a portable planetarium, for a 20-minute guided journey through the night sky with staff from Blackrock Castle Observatory. Six free shows, starting at 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 15:00 and 15:30. The dome holds 25 people per show, so arrive early. Wheelchair accessible, with free parking at the school. No booking needed.
